After they drop off a package into the locker and fill the customer's phone number, an SMS will be sent to the customer's phone to notice him the package is ready to be picked, customers can go to the locker to take their packages at any time they want. It is just easy steps to follow! This is a click&collect solution.

Standard work flow screen shots
Step 1: Staff drop off
After customer's online shopping, courier comes to the locker, and chooses Dropoff. He can login the software with his phone
number or RFID card. These staff information is already edited and stored in the remote platform.
Step 2: Staff choose door
After login, courier chooses a door size to open the door, and scans the parcel carcode, inputs customer's phone number, then the
door will open. Meanwhile, an SMS will be sent to the customer's phone. He/She can come to the locker and pick up his parcel
anytime he wants.
Step 3: Customer picks up parcel
After the door is closed by staff, an SMS with pick up PIN code will be sent to customer's phone, he/she can come to the locker
and open the right door with this PIN code.
Step 4: Close door
After customer enters the correct PIN code, the screen will show which door is open, then the customer can take out the parcel and
close the door to lave.
